1. If you are using our services, you automatically Agree to all our terms
2. If Card "Declined", check it in section "Purchased" to get a refund
3. Cheker is available within 5 hours. If you did not check the card in this time, the card becomes "Valid", and the card will never be exchanged or refunded.
4. If the Card is "Approved", you pay a fee of $0.3 per check. If the card is "Declined", you pay nothing for check and you get auto-refund! Also we have a section "CC Checker" - to check cards from other services. The cost of this checker is $0.5 per any result.
5. If our checker shows "Approved", that means that the Checker succesfully voided 1-10$ from the card, and, that means that we do not return/exchange/refund money. Please do not send tickets about that.
6. Please save all cards on your own Hard Disk - we periodically delete old bases.
7. When you top-up your balance, please do not forget to click "Return to merchant" button.
8. If one user will write more than one ticket about one problem, those tickets will be ignored.
9. You can top-up the balance by Webmoney. Minimum is $100. Please contact Support (ICQ or Tickets).
10. We do not return money to Liberty Reserve.
